Shipping & Returns

OVERVIEW

Treasured Moments Photos (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates exclusively online, providing custom-printed images on materials including wood, metal, and plastic. This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms under which we process, ship, and handle returns or exchanges of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Policy.


ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

  • Shipping Methods: We utilize carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your order. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the product type, order size, and destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order specifications and destination.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. While we make reasonable efforts to meet these estimates, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Shipping is limited to locations within the United States.

  • Certain carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your address is ineligible for shipping, we will contact you to update your information prior to fulfillment.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, except in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  2. Incorrect Orders: Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery if an incorrect product was sent. We will provide a replacement at our discretion.

  3. Return Authorization: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from Treasured Moments Photos. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except when a return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of damage, defect, or error.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Requests submitted after this window may not be honored. Contact orders@treasuredmomentsphotos.com immediately to request a cancellation.
